What is Perimenopause?

Perimenopause  is the transitional period leading up to menopause, marked by hormonal fluctuations that can significantly impact physical and emotional well-being. Symptoms may include mood swings, hot flashes, irregular periods, weight gain, sleep disturbances, and cognitive changes. Understanding these changes and how to manage them is crucial for maintaining quality of life. Perimenopause can start as early as the mid-30's for some and can last for a decade or more leading up to menopause, which is officially diagnosed after 12 consecutive months without a menstrual period. 


I understand the complexities of perimenopause from both a professional and personal perspective. My passion is to create a safe space where you can openly discuss your feelings, learn about your body, and discover effective strategies for navigating of life.  Together, we'll work towards achieving your health goals while creating a sense of empowerment and self-acceptance.

As an Integrative Health Practitioner, Perimenopause Coach, and Certified Iridologist, I specialize in guiding clients with detoxification on a cellular level. Through Energy therapy, functional nutrition, and holistic protocols, I help balance 'Chi' and support ridding your body of toxins and reverse oxidative stress.
